Information we collect

When you purchase and book a session, we collect your name, email address, selected session length, payment status, questionnaire answers and booking details. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details.

How we use it

We use this information to process your purchase, prepare for your practice call, schedule the appointment, send service emails and provide support. We do not sell personal information and we do not ask for medical or mental-health information.

Service providers

Stripe processes payment. Supabase stores purchase, intake and booking records. Resend sends transactional email. Cal.com handles scheduling and connects with the owner's Google Calendar and Google Meet. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy practices.

Recordings

Sessions are not recorded by Say It Here unless both people explicitly agree beforehand.

Retention

Questionnaire answers are retained for up to 90 days after the scheduled session. Booking and contact details are retained for up to 24 months after the session. Financial transaction records may be kept longer when required for accounting, tax, dispute-resolution or other legal obligations. Information is deleted or anonymized when it is no longer required.

Your choices

You may contact Say It Here to ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or to complete an active transaction or dispute.
