Say It Here

Terms

The terms that apply when you book a Say It Here practice session.

Last updated: October 1, 2026

The service

Say It Here provides live one-on-one speaking practice and practical communication feedback. It is not therapy, medical care, mental-health treatment, speech-language pathology or a promise of a particular professional outcome.

Purchases and booking

You choose an available 30- or 60-minute appointment before paying. The selected time is held temporarily during Stripe checkout and is booked when payment succeeds. Please provide accurate contact details so the calendar invitation and private preparation link reach you.

Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds

Use the Cal.com links in your confirmation email to cancel or choose another available time. If you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment, email rob@trysayithere.com after cancelling to request a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours and missed sessions are non-refundable. If Say It Here cancels, you may choose a full refund or a free reschedule.

Refunds are not automatic. After cancelling at least 24 hours before the appointment, email rob@trysayithere.com from the address used to book. Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe and may take additional time to appear, depending on the payment provider.

Calls and conduct

Customers should not submit unnecessary sensitive information. Sessions are not recorded unless both people explicitly agree beforehand. Either person may end a session if conduct is unsafe, unlawful or abusive.

Service interruptions

If payment succeeds but the calendar or email service is temporarily unavailable, do not pay again. Say It Here will confirm the appointment, arrange another time or provide a full refund if the session cannot be delivered.
